Özgür Özaktaç is the founder and chairman of Özaktaç Group. The company was established in May 2014 and started its activities in the trade sector, focusing on importing a wide variety of toys from abroad and selling them to discount markets. However, Özaktaç later expanded into the production and sale of bicycles and became the leading company in the Turkish market. Özaktaç produces bicycles for both children and adults and also operates in the home textile sector. The company sells its products through its website and directly to customers on Trendyol.

Özaktaç mainly imports from China and exports to Romania and Greece, and it plans to establish a warehouse in Romania to develop its network in the region. The company is headquartered in Bakırköy and operates its production facility in Sancaktepe, which also serves as a warehouse and office. Textile production, on the other hand, is carried out in Güngören, and the construction of the factory building in Gebze is currently in progress. Mr. Özaktaç is a member of the board of directors of the company, which consists of two members. Özaktaç's international network and production facilities reflect its continuous growth and development.
